Teacher Assistant Program
Meet the future of Dance Educators!
Our TA Program is for experienced dancers who have a desire to teach our youngest students. Under the guidance of the Combo Director, TA's meet monthly to learn classroom behavior management, spotting technique for tumbling, and teaching techniques to progress and refine each young dancer's ability to be their best self!

Junior Teacher Assistant Program
The future looks so bright!
The purpose of the Junior Teacher Assistant Program at RMDC is to foster established dancers in our studio community ages 11 or 12 in a role model position to bring quality and personal attention to the young dancers of RMDC.
