Technique and Stretch & Strength
Our technique classes enrich and extend students' technical skills through center and progression work. Students focus on learning proper dance technique such as isolation of the body and improving performance quality.
Class curriculum is based on ballet technique layered with traditional jazz movement and includes proper warm-up, stretches, across-the-floor and progressions. As students progress through each level, the curriculum will become increasingly more complex and intricate.
STRETCH & STRENGTH
This class is mixture of strength training, cardio, and deep stretching specifically designed towards helping dancers reach their goals.
