Birthday Party Package Information

Outside food is permitted for all parties. RMDC staff will handle post-party cleanup of the studios. Access to bathrooms and the lobby area is provided in addition to the rented room. For rentals of both dance rooms, a customized quote can be provided. Customers are permitted to use the stereo in the dance room but are responsible for any significant damage to mirrors or the stereo system. An RMDC staff member will be present to assist with any customer needs or questions.

Early access for decoration or setup can be arranged. A headcount is required at least three days prior to the event to ensure appropriate table and chair arrangements. Cancellations are permitted up to three days before the event, with a refund provided minus the deposit. A non-refundable deposit of $50 is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance and a signed waiver are due one week prior to the event.

All parties will be coordinated with Jenny, the event coordinator, who will contact the customer after booking to facilitate a successful and enjoyable experience.

RMDC party services are available to both current students and the general public.

Package A:

Basic Rental

$300

This package includes a 5-hour room rental, post-event cleanup, and tables and chairs for up to 40 guests. A gift table will be set up with basic tablecloths in the chosen theme colors.

Package B:

Enhanced Decor

$400

Building upon Package A, this option provides a more extensively decorated room, including a photo backdrop area and various props. Photos of available props can be provided upon request.

Package C:

Character Host & Entertainment

$500

This premium package, based on Package B, includes a costumed character hostess who will instruct the children in a dance, pose for photos, and provide entertainment throughout the event.

Available Themes

Basic Girly Elegance:

Featuring pink, purple, and floral decorations, this theme is suitable for baby showers, ballerina parties, or general dance-themed events.

Available with Package A, B, or C.

Under the Sea:

This theme incorporates teal, blue, and purple hues with coral reef decorations and a seashell throne for the birthday child. If Package C is selected, a mermaid character will host the dance party.

Available with Package B or C.

Alice in Wonderland:

This theme offers decorations inspired by Alice in Wonderland, without the tea party elements. If Package C is chosen, Alice, the Queen of Hearts, or a Mad Hatter character will host the party.

Available with Package B and C.

Frozen:

This theme features winter wonderland decorations on walls and tables. If Package C is selected, Elsa and Anna will host the party.

Available with Package B and C.

Fairy Garden:

This theme includes extensive greenery and floral decorations, with fairy wings provided for children to wear during the party (not to keep).

Available with Package B and C.

Tea Party:

This theme is exclusively available with Package C, as it includes the provision of china and character servers. Decorated in either basic girly elegance, Alice in Wonderland, or Beauty and the Beast styles.

*A suggested age of 8 and over is recommended due to the use of elegant glassware.

Glow in the Dark Dance Party:

This package is priced at $500, regardless of the inclusion of a dance instructor, due to the extensive room transformation required. It must commence after dark and features ceiling-to-floor neon glow decorations, black lights, and neon light signs.
